Arlene
T. Curry, JD, was named Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Bank in October 2005, and is in Commercial
Sales and Leasing with LeGrand and Company, a Commercial
Real Estate and Leasing Company located in Sioux City,
Iowa. Ms. Curry has served as a director of the Bank
and the Company since 2002. From 2000 to 2005, Ms. Curry
served as Executive Director of the Kind World Foundation,
Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, and Senior Counsel for Waitt
Media, Inc; a TV and radio broadcasting network.
Michael
W. Dosland became President and Chief Executive Officer
of the Bank and Company in January 2006. From May 2004 to
November 2005, Mr. Dosland, a Lieutenant Colonel in the Wisconsin
Army National Guard, was on active duty with the United States
Army and deployed in Iraq. Since 1987, Mr. Dosland served
in various capacities with First Federal Capital Bank, LaCrosse,
Wisconsin, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer from 2001 to 2004.
Jon G. Cleghorn retired from the bank in July 2004 after 30 years of service. He served as the Executive Vice President of the Bank since 1990 and was affiliated with the Bank in various capacities since 1974. Mr. Cleghorn was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since its formation in 1998.
Charles
D. Terlouw is a retired Audit Partner with
KPMG LLP and currently serves as an Associate Professor
of Accounting at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Barry E. Backhaus was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank from 1990 to January 2006, and has been affiliated with the Bank since 1969. Mr. Backhaus retired from the Bank in February 2006, but will remain a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Company. Mr. Backhaus was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its formation in 1998 until January 17, 2006. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Company from 1998 until October 2005.
Gary L. Evans is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Sioux Honey Association in Sioux City, Iowa.
Allen J. Johnson is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Great West Casualty Company, a property and casualty company located in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
Ronald A. Jorgensen is the Vice President for Business and Finance of Morningside College, Sioux City, Iowa.
David
M Roederer is the Managing Partner of StrataVizion
Consulting Group, Inc. in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior
to StrataVizion, Mr. Roeder served as the Economic Development
Coordinator for Iowa State University. He has
held various positions in State Government and the private
sector.
